Easy Documents Download
ShareDocs Enterpriser lets users download a document within seconds. There are multiple options available:
1. Document Download
Users can download a single document at one time and store it on their local system. The administrator or the DMS administration team decides which user/user group gets to download documents from the solution. This adds to document security as no document gets downloaded unless authorized.

2. Bulk Download
Users can also download multiple documents in one go. ShareDocs Enterpriser allows users to download all documents found in a search result in a bulk manner. A zip file gets downloaded on the local system that includes the documents and a CSV including details of the documents.

3. Folder Download
ShareDocs Enterpriser allows the DMS administrator to download all documents of a folder together. This helps when the administrator has to take a backup of documents to a different location or when the application has to be migrated to a different server.

4. Document Set Download
ShareDocs Enterpriser is enabled with Document Sets. This utility works like a digital stapling of sorts – auto-linking multiple documents of varied categories to one record. For example, a virtual employee file containing all documents of the employee, linked to the employee code. Users can download all the documents of one set together in one place in a zip format.
